As your Personal Trainer, it is my foremost responsibility to assist you in achieving optimal physical strength and wellness. After our initial consultation, we will look at your individual objectives, limitations, physical health, and capabilities to make a personalised exercise plan. Adhering to the words of Arthur Ashe, "Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can", I am dedicated to guiding you through each step towards a healthier and stronger version of yourself.

Each session lasts 45 minutes. Please be aware that late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent bookings.
Before your first training session, you are required to complete both an indemnity form and a consultation form. These forms can be filled out online or provided as a hard copy.
