I'm Barend, founder of Muscle Matters. Since 2020, I've been passionate about helping people enhance their health and well-being. As a certified Sports Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, and qualified Pharmacist's Assistant, I offer a unique approach that integrates fitness, medicine, supplements, nutrition, and mental health.
